In case of emergency/overdose

Fenfluramine has been withdrawn from the market. However, in the case of a suspected overdose when using any form of medication, you should call your local poison control center on 1-800-222-1222, or the emergency services on 911 if the person has collapsed or is not breathing.

The symptoms of an overdose using fenfluramine are:

agitation and drowsiness
confusion
flushing
tremor (or shivering)
fever
sweating
abdominal  pain
hyperventilation
dilated non-reactive pupils
convulsions
coma
ventricular  extrasystoles
culminating in ventricular fibrillation
cardiac  arrest
